A collection of live material from the band ca. 1979/'80, at
which point they'd honed their skills to actually become a
pretty damn tight and focused live unit, even though Darby
would stray from the script a bit. But hey, it's the Germs!
This ain't a fine-tuned unit, it's pure chaos on a platter,
and that's what made 'em so great.
