Condemned Compilations is a collection of almost-pop songs and sketched experiments from down under. Sydney based duo Jay (of The Rangoons) and Yuta (of Orion/Low Life) joined forces last year with this cassette which came out on Itchy Bugger’s label Little Winners in a tiny edition. Now Research have taken it upon themselves to release this beauty on vinyl. The affection that the two share for UK DIY is immediately apparent in the ramshackle approach and offbeat wryness employed throughout.
