The Kids Will Have Their Say is the debut album by the Boston hardcore punk band SS Decontrol. The album was released in 1982 as a split-release between Dischord and X-Claim records. The album was only pressed in 1,000 copies and never re-pressed, officially, until now.

Considered to be the 1st straight edge band, SSD’s highly influential 1982 debut album will be available on vinyl for the first time in over 40 years alongside a 20-page booklet of never before seen photos, memorabilia and more.

 "The Kids Will Have Their Say" was remastered by Dave Gardner from the original analog tapes. Those tapes were meticulously restored by a wizard named Dan Johnson from Audio Archiving Services. Bryan Ray Turcotte recreated the packaging to match the original XClaim version.
